Brett Robinson
Founder, Brandmarch
Brett has worked both sides of the lease. As Head of Real Estate at Chico's FAS he ran site selection for the brand's national expansion. At Continental Real Estate he leased three ground-up lifestyle centers, Streets of Chester, Streets of Brentwood and Streets of Indian Lake. He leased Ka Makana Aliʻi, a 1.4 million square foot open-air regional center developed from the ground up in Kapolei, Hawaii, and advised Starwood Capital on The Shops at Willow Bend in Plano.
He co-founded the brokerage RetailUnion and led it for 14 years; the firm handled Amazon's national store rollout along with H&M, TravisMathew, Rowan and Capital One Café. He founded Brandmarch in order to answer the question of which brands belong in a given space with data. Based in Dallas.

Traci has represented institutional owners in retail leasing for more than 20 years. As Vice President of Leasing at CenterCal Properties she oversaw 3.1 million square feet across the western United States, completed 25 to 30 lease transactions a year, and was the company's top leasing producer in 2025. She leased the 80,000 square foot expansion of The Village at Meridian to full occupancy, including the only Apple Store in Idaho, Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, The Capital Grille, Alo Yoga, Vuori and Tecovas.
Before CenterCal she directed leasing at Macerich for Chandler Fashion Center, Biltmore Fashion Park and La Encantada, and as Vice President at CBRE represented the owners of Scottsdale Quarter, Westgate Entertainment District and Scottsdale Waterfront.
