7 Leaves Cafe

Global Tea Culture Meets Modern Convenience: The Next Generation of Coffeehouse Anchors 7 Leaves Cafe is a rapidly expanding, high-volume coffee and tea concept that bridges the gap between traditional coffeehouses and modern quick-service beverage chains. Founded in 2012 by the Nguyen brothers in the heart of Little Saigon, the brand has evolved from a 1,100-square-foot startup into a multi-state powerhouse with a cult-like following. 7 Leaves distinguishes itself through a "culture of care," offering artisan teas, Vietnamese coffees, and handmade macarons in a fast-casual setting that drives significant foot traffic. With a streamlined operational model capable of high throughput and a proven track record in diverse markets—from dense urban centers to suburban drive-thrus—7 Leaves is an ideal Anchor Tenant for lifestyle centers and strip malls. As the brand executes its aggressive National Expansion strategy beyond California into Texas, Nevada, and the East Coast, it seeks Tenant Representation partners to identify high-visibility end-caps and free-standing pads that can accommodate its loyal, daily customer base.
