Aloha Poke

Aloha Poke Co.: The High-Fidelity "Fast-Casual" Anchor for Health-Conscious Hubs Aloha Poke Co. is a premier, rapid-growth specialty food brand that serves as a vital Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) Anchor for elite Lifestyle Centers, Mixed-Use developments, and high-traffic Street retail corridors. Founded in Chicago's French Market in 2016, the brand has revolutionized the "healthy-fast" category by offering sustainably sourced, customizable poke bowls in a vibrant, minimalist environment. Aloha Poke Co. drives high-frequency, recurring foot traffic from a "best-in-class" demographic: affluent, time-pressed professionals and health-conscious families who prioritize clean eating and transparency. For developers and landlords, Aloha Poke Co. represents a low-impact, high-yield tenant with an efficient 250–1,500 square foot operational model that eliminates the need for heavy venting (no ovens/deep fryers). As the brand continues its aggressive National Expansion through 2026, it remains a top-tier candidate for Tenant Representation in high-density urban cores and affluent suburban hubs.
