About Bahama Buck's
Bahama Buck's is the nation's premier tropical dessert franchise, providing a "mini-vacation" experience with its signature gourmet shaved ice, smoothies, and island-inspired treats. With a footprint of over 100 locations and an aggressive National Expansion strategy, the brand is actively seeking Anchor Tenant positioning in high-visibility retail trade districts. Their flexible site requirements—ranging from efficient inline units to freestanding drive-thrus—make them a versatile addition to diverse retail mixes. Supported by a dedicated Tenant Representation and project development team, Bahama Buck's drives strong daytime and evening traffic to neighborhood strip centers, power centers, and lifestyle malls.
