About Chicken Guy!

Celebrity-Backed Fast-Casual Chicken Concept Driving National Expansion Chicken Guy! is a high-energy fast-casual franchise co-founded by celebrity chef Guy Fieri and Robert Earl (Planet Hollywood). Famous for its one-of-a-kind all-natural chicken tenders brined in fresh lemon juice, pickle brine, and buttermilk, the brand differentiates itself with a menu featuring 22 signature house-made sauces. As a prime Anchor Tenant or high-traffic pad user, Chicken Guy! operates a flexible real estate model ranging from freestanding drive-thrus to inline mall locations and non-traditional venues like casinos and stadiums. With aggressive National Expansion underway—including significant development in Northern California, Texas, and Florida—the brand is actively seeking Tenant Representation to identify prime retail opportunities in top-tier markets.
