About Foss Swim School
Premier Corporate-Owned Swim School Expansion: Seeking Junior Anchor & Build-to-Suit Opportunities Foss Swim School is a leading, corporate-owned "learn-to-swim" brand with over 25 locations across the Midwest and Rocky Mountain regions. Unlike franchise competitors, FOSS operates 100% company-owned schools, offering landlords a secure, high-credit corporate tenant with a 30-year track record of stability. The brand drives consistent, high-frequency family traffic (weekly visits per student) to centers, making it an exceptional Anchor Tenant for neighborhood, power, and lifestyle centers. FOSS specializes in repurposing second-generation retail boxes (formerly Pier 1, Old Country Buffet, etc.) into state-of-the-art aquatic facilities featuring 91-degree pools, advanced filtration, and family-friendly amenities. With a robust National Expansion strategy focused on the Denver metro and Midwest infill, FOSS is actively seeking 8,000–10,000 SF spaces with strong residential density and family demographics.
