About Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs
Originator of the Flavored Crust® Pizza Seeking National Expansion Opportunities Hungry Howie’s, the 11th largest pizza chain in the United States, is actively pursuing National Expansion to grow its footprint beyond its current 535+ locations. Known as the originator of the Flavored Crust® Pizza, this heritage brand seeks high-visibility sites in grocery-anchored centers and busy strip developments to serve as a high-volume daily draw. With a focus on Tenant Representation partnerships, Hungry Howie’s targets 1,200 to 1,600-square-foot end-caps and inline spaces with strong ingress/egress. Ideally positioned as a complementary tenant to a major Anchor Tenant, the brand offers a proven franchise model with flexible site requirements, making it an ideal addition to neighborhood and community shopping centers in high-growth suburban markets.
