Paciugo

Artisanal Gelato & Coffee Franchise with Flexible Footprint Paciugo Gelato Caffè is the largest artisanal gelato chain in the United States, offering a "farm-to-spoon" experience that blends traditional Italian techniques with modern flavor innovation. Owned by Sinelli Concepts International (the parent company of Which Wich), Paciugo operates a franchise-heavy model ideal for high-traffic environments where flexibility is key. The brand thrives in diverse retail settings—from traditional inline cafes to compact kiosks and non-traditional venues like airports and universities. Their real estate strategy targets lifestyle centers, mixed-use entertainment districts, and upscale strip centers that can support impulse treat purchases and evening foot traffic. With a significantly reduced footprint requirement compared to full-service dessert concepts, Paciugo serves as an efficient, high-frequency traffic generator for landlords seeking to activate common areas or fill small-shop vacancies.
