Painted Tree Boutiques

Experiential Retail Anchor Driving High-Frequency Traffic & Community Engagement Painted Tree Boutiques is a rapidly expanding retail concept that transforms big-box vacancies into vibrant, community-centric marketplaces. Functioning as a high-traffic Anchor Tenant, they lease large-format spaces (typically 30,000–35,000 sq. ft.) and sublease micro-retail booths to hundreds of local artisans, makers, and boutique owners. This unique "shop-within-a-shop" model generates consistent daily foot traffic, extended dwell times, and experiential engagement that traditional big-box retailers often lack. Ideal for Tenant Representation strategies focused on revitalizing Power Centers and Lifestyle Centers, Painted Tree actively seeks second-generation junior anchor spaces (formerly Bed Bath & Beyond, Pier 1, etc.) in high-income suburban markets. Their proven operational model creates a stable, long-term tenancy that serves as a dynamic draw for adjacent co-tenants.
