Palm Beach Tan

Market-Leading Tanning & Wellness Franchise Palm Beach Tan is the nation's largest indoor tanning provider, currently executing a strategic brand evolution into the broader "beauty and wellness" sector. With over 600 locations nationwide, the brand is actively rolling out its "Palm Beach Beauty & Tan" concept, which layers high-demand wellness services—such as red light therapy, infrared saunas, and cryotherapy—atop its core sunbed and spray tanning model. This diversification allows them to capture a wider health-conscious demographic and increase visit frequency. Palm Beach Tan targets high-visibility grocery-anchored centers and power centers that offer "daily needs" convenience. Their ideal sites prioritize end-caps or prominent inline spaces with strong signage visibility to support their membership-driven, high-volume business model.
