About Perspire Sauna Studio
Perspire Sauna Studio National Wellness Franchise Expanding via Tenant Representation Perspire Sauna Studio is the nation’s fastest-growing infrared sauna franchise, combining the centuries-old practice of sauna with modern infrared and red light therapy (RLT) technology. Established in 2010, the brand is aggressively pursuing a National Expansion strategy, aiming for 500 locations by 2027. Perspire seeks 1,500 to 2,000-square-foot spaces in high-income trade areas, positioning itself as a daily wellness destination that drives recurring foot traffic. Ideal sites include Grocery-Anchored Centers, Lifestyle Centers, and high-visibility Street Retail with strong co-tenancy alongside boutique fitness brands (e.g., Pilates, Yoga) and premium wellness retailers (e.g., Whole Foods, Lululemon). As a proven Anchor Tenant in the wellness category, Perspire utilizes a membership-based model that ensures consistent visits and community engagement, making it a valuable addition to mixed-use and retail developments.
