Quiznos

Iconic Toasted Sub Pioneer Seeking National Expansion & Non-Traditional Partners Quiznos, a beloved pioneer in the toasted sub category, is executing a robust national resurgence strategy under the leadership of REGO Restaurant Group. With a revitalized brand identity and a focus on operational efficiency, Quiznos is actively seeking Tenant Representation partners to identify high-potential sites for its flexible store models, including the innovative "Qube" modular drive-thru. As an ideal Anchor Tenant for strip centers, or a high-traffic addition to non-traditional venues like convenience stores and airports, Quiznos offers developers and landlords a proven concept with strong consumer recognition. The brand's National Expansion plans prioritize high-visibility endcaps, freestanding pads, and strategic co-branding partnerships to deliver its chef-inspired menu to new and returning markets.
