Sun Devil Auto

Sun Devil Auto is a premier provider of comprehensive automotive repair and maintenance services, strategically targeting high-visibility freestanding pads and retail center end-caps in rapid-growth markets. As a dominant service-based retail player, the brand actively engages in Site Selection for sites averaging 5,500 to 6,000 square feet, typically requiring prominent frontage on major arterial thoroughfares with traffic counts exceeding 40,000 VPD. Their Leasing strategy focuses on securing long-term positions in trade areas with strong household incomes (frequently exceeding $110,000) and a high density of residential consumers. Often acting as a high-frequency daily-needs driver, Sun Devil Auto is an ideal co-tenant for an Anchor Tenant or power center, frequently neighboring national brands such as Tractor Supply Co., AutoZone, Sprouts Farmers Market, and Chick-fil-A. Their professional, modern facility designs and "essential service" status make them a recession-resistant addition to any landlord’s Tenant Rep strategy for stabilized, triple-net retail assets.
