Burlington is expanding in Bakersfield with a new store planned for northwest Bakersfield near Valley Plaza Mall. The off-price retailer will open at the corner of Ming Avenue and Olive Drive, taking over a former large-format retail space and adding another national value anchor to one of the city’s most active retail corridors. The location places Burlington adjacent to Valley Plaza Mall, reinforcing the area’s role as a primary shopping destination for the broader Bakersfield trade area
