Episode 4: JuiceRx 🍍

This week we’re in Bucktown (Chicago) visiting Dean Kasal and Megan Mateo, the team behind JuiceRx — Chicago’s raw, organic, and gluten-free juice bar.

They’re exploring new locations across the city and suburbs — ideally 800–1,100 SF former juice or coffee shops (think “if a Starbucks just closed…”). Target areas include Hyde Park, South Loop, Andersonville, and Edgewater.

Dean shared a great lesson for young entrepreneurs:
