George and Cindy Wong-Chen to Launch Asia Live at Westfield Valley Fair

Renowned restaurateurs George Chen and Cindy Wong-Chen are bringing Asia Live to Westfield Valley Fair later this year, expanding their culinary vision beyond their acclaimed China Live in San Francisco. The new 13,000-square-foot, 350-seat restaurant will take over the former iChina space, offering an immersive dining experience that showcases flavors from across Asia. With interactive culinary stations featuring sushi and robata, tandoori ovens, and an Indonesian rice table, Asia Live aims to redefine pan-Asian cuisine in Silicon Valley.
