Hotel Chocolat to open on Armitage Avenue, Chicago, this March

Hotel Chocolat, the U.K.-based chocolate maker, will once again open new U.S. units this year, beginning with two Chicago sites by this March, 2025, that were former Foxtrot markets: at 900 W. Armitage Avenue, and at 3334 N. Southport Avenue. The chocolatier anticipates opening at least eight additional units throughout the country by 2026, aided by the Mars brand purchasing the company in 2023. Prior to the purchase, Hotel Chocolat had five shops in the U.S. that all closed in 2022 due to supply chain issues.
