IKEA Signs On at Crocker Park, Giving the Cleveland Suburbs a Marquee Anchor

Stark Enterprises has landed one of the most sought-after names in retail: IKEA will open an 80,000-square-foot store at Crocker Park, the developer's sprawling mixed-use property in Westlake, Ohio, just west of Cleveland. The store is slated to open in spring 2027.
The Swedish home furnishings giant will take an anchor position within the 4.5-million-square-foot development, which Chain Store Age named its No. 1 Retail Center Experience in 2025 and which drew 12 million visitors last year. IKEA joins a tenant roster that already includes Apple, Nike, Macy's, L.L.Bean, Arhaus and Toys "R" Us, along with food concepts like Chick-fil-A, Hangry Joe's Nashville Hot Chicken and Wild Mango, and experiential draws such as Urban Air, Sandbox VR and Color Me Mine.
