Montgomery Mall Continues to Refresh Tenant Mix with New Retail and Dining Additions
Westfield Montgomery Mall in Bethesda continues to see steady leasing activity, with several new retailers and restaurants opening or preparing to open throughout 2026.
Recent additions include Beyond Yoga's first Maryland location, Mavi, Shiki Fusion, and Kako Claw, while upcoming tenants include Pop Mart, Hey Tea, and Miniso. The mall is also moving forward with an expanded Zara location and additional food-and-beverage concepts.
The continued turnover and backfilling of space reflects how established regional malls are evolving their tenant mix, adding experiential, international, wellness, and specialty retail concepts alongside traditional apparel and dining operators.
