Primark Opens 54,000-SF Herald Square Flagship in Manhattan

Primark has opened a new 54,000-square-foot, four-level flagship at 150 W. 34th Street in Herald Square, marking the retailer’s 40th U.S. store and first Manhattan flagship. The location places the fast-fashion brand directly within one of the country’s highest-profile retail corridors alongside Macy’s, Zara, H&M and Uniqlo.

The opening backfills a former large-format retail box and reinforces continued demand for flagship space in Herald Square, where value-oriented international retailers are competing for high-volume pedestrian traffic and commuter-driven retail demand near Penn Station.
