Reformation Expands Chicago Footprint with New Stores in Fulton Market and Southport Corridor
Reformation has opened two new Chicago stores at 833 W. Randolph St. in Fulton Market and 3452 N. Southport Ave. in the Southport Corridor, expanding the brand’s presence into two of the city’s strongest retail districts.
The Fulton Market location replaces Allbirds and reflects continued leasing momentum along Randolph Street, where national brands continue to enter amid rising rents and ongoing office and residential growth. Reports indicate Reformation signed a lease exceeding $140 per square foot for the space.
The Southport location takes over a former Dr. Martens storefront and joins a growing mix of national retailers including Vuori, Madewell, Free People, Lululemon, Abercrombie & Fitch, and Buck Mason.
The expansion highlights continued demand from apparel brands for high-foot-traffic urban corridors with strong co-tenancy, walkability, and dense residential trade areas.
