Sandbox VR to open in Philadelphia's Rittenhouse Square by this spring

Sandbox VR, the virtual reality entertainment concept, will be opening a location at 1712 Walnut Street, in Philadelphia's Rittenhouse Square, by mid- to late spring of 2025. Brandmarch Local Expert Brittany Goldberg of MSC Retail worked alongside her colleague, Douglas Green, in representing the landlord, Midwood Investment & Development. Sandbox VR expects to open additional locations in the east coast region in the near future, including Washington, D.C., Boston and Baltimore.
