SunLife Organics to Open on Knox Street in Fall/Winter 2026
SunLife Organics, the Malibu-based superfood café and smoothie concept, is set to open its first North Texas location at 3333 Knox Street in fall/winter 2026.
The brand joins a growing lineup of tenants coming to the redeveloping Knox Street corridor, including Sant Ambroeus and Théa, as the area continues its transformation around the Katy Trail and the future Knox Hotel.
Founded in 2011, SunLife has expanded into markets including West Hollywood, South Beach, SoHo, and the Hamptons, with existing Texas locations in Austin and Bee Cave. The Dallas location will be the brand’s first in DFW.
The addition reflects the continued draw of Knox Street for brands targeting high-income, lifestyle-oriented consumers, particularly in walkable mixed-use districts that combine retail, hospitality, and residential density.
