Sweetgreen and Local Kitchens to open in mixed-use project in Burlingame, Calif

Sweetgreen and Local Kitchens have been revealed as the latest ground-floor tenants for 220 Park, a six-story mixed-use redevelopment at 220 Park Road in downtown Burlingame, Calif. Previously announced ground-floor tenants include the Kohler Signature Store, which will open a 4,000-s.f. showroom, and Bacchus Management Group, which is set to open an 8,000-s.f. restaurant and bar (name still to be announced). The redevelopment involved transforming a 1941 Post Office building into a modern structure with Art Deco and Spanish-style elements. Developed by Sares Regis Group and Dostart Development Company, the project was completed last year, with final touches like the outdoor town square expected by this fall.
