Macerich VP of Leasing Richard Madramuthu said, “This addition reflects our ongoing vision of Green Acres as more than just a shopping destination — it’s a vibrant community hub where people come together to shop, dine and unwind.”
This fan-favorite restaurant – just one of the many new tenants coming to Valley Stream, New York as part of the retail center’s redevelopment – will occupy an 8,000-square-foot space on the first floor of a two-story former Kohl’s store.
