The demand for retail space on Madison Avenue continues to be very high, especially for locations between 60th Street to 72nd Street. Some of the recent leasing activity includes the following deals:

Montreal based high end clothing retailer Mackage recently relocated from 814 Madison to 791 Madison on the corner and built a beautiful store (see the picture below).

Zadig & Voltaire at 845 Madison Avenue, currently occupies 4,400sf at 70th Street. The retailer subleased 2,200sf on the corner to TWP (https://www.twpclothing.com/).

French retailer Fleur du Mal (https://fleurdumal.com/) leased 615sf in the former Robert Clergerie space at 901 Madison. Finally, Reinstein Ross Jewelers vacated their space at 21 East 67th Street and relocated to 280sf at 922 Madison.
