The North Face Relocating From Downtown Boise to The Village at Meridian
The North Face appears set to relocate from its longtime Downtown Boise store to a new location at The Village at Meridian.
The current downtown space, a 4,768-square-foot store on Idaho Street, has been listed for lease. The brand plans to move into the former The Nest space at The Village, next to Anthropologie, with a slightly smaller but similarly sized showroom on a single level.
The move reflects a broader shift in the Boise market, where several national retailers—including Apple, Pottery Barn, Urban Outfitters, Loft, Chico’s, and White House Black Market—have either relocated to or expanded into The Village at Meridian in recent years.
The activity highlights how newer mixed-use and lifestyle centers continue to attract national tenants looking for concentrated retail traffic, co-tenancy, and newer-format space.
