A new taco spot, called The Taco Stand, opened in Miami Beach in late January, 2025, at 1211 Lincoln Road, between Alton Road and West Avenue. Inspired by Tijuana's street food, The Taco Stand was originally founded in San Diego in 2013, and now has 12 locations across the country. This latest opening is the brand's third Miami location, and further expansion is expected this year throughout California, Nevada and in Sunrise, Florida.
