World-famous sandwich shop, All'Antico Vinaio, to open first Nashville location

All’Antico Vinaio, the famed Florentine sandwich shop, is bringing its Tuscan schiacciata to Nashville, opening its ninth U.S. location in the Prima tower at Paseo South Gulch. The eatery joins a curated lineup of new-to-market concepts, including Two Hands and The Blind Barber, in the rapidly growing micro-neighborhood.

Founded in Florence in 1989, the Mazzanti family built a reputation for high-quality ingredients and fresh-baked flatbreads. After expanding across Italy, the brand made its U.S. debut in 2021, with locations in New York, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles. Now, Nashville food lovers will soon get a taste of Italy’s most celebrated sandwiches.
