After decades as home to restaurants operated by celebrity chef José Andrés, the prominent Bethesda Row corner at Woodmont Avenue and Elm Street is set for a retail transformation. Sephora, the global beauty and cosmetics retailer, will take over the 6,700-square-foot space most recently occupied by Spanish Diner, with an expected opening in 2026, according to property owner Federal Realty.
