Burlington Mall is set for a significant expansion in 2025, bringing a mix of new retail stores, dining options, and entertainment spaces. Among the highly anticipated openings are jewelry brand Kendra Scott, clothing retailer Evereve, and Van Leeuwen, known for its artisanal ice cream.
For dining, the Dining Pavilion will introduce Tobu and Sergeant Burgers this summer, while ChoCho Hot Pot is expected to open later in the year. Beverage-focused Ten One Tea House will open in late spring, replacing an existing cookie store near Lululemon and Sephora.
The mall will also welcome J7 Adventureland, an indoor play area and arcade offering birthday experiences for children of all ages.
