Camelback Colonnade is a power center situated at the southwest corner of Camelback Road and 20th Street in the Camelback Corridor of central Phoenix, Arizona, encompassing roughly 641,000 square feet of gross leasable area. Originally opened in the 1960s as one of the first major shopping centers in metro Phoenix, it has been redeveloped over the years and today offers around 40 retail and dining options anchored by tenants such as Fry's Marketplace, Best Buy, Floor & Decor, Michaels, and Nordstrom Last Chance. RED Development sold the property to Federal Realty Investment Trust in 2021 for $162 million, and the two firms are now co-owners pursuing plans to add a multifamily residential component to the site.
