The sports pub is set to open on April 3, 2026—Detroit Tigers Opening Day—and will host a gathering for the game. This new spot marks Hamlin Pub’s 11th location and is part of an ongoing expansion across Metro Detroit.

Downtown Birmingham is welcoming Redvanly, the luxury men’s lifestyle and athletic brand, is opening their first standalone store in Michigan. Redvanly offers a modern line of athletic apparel, outerwear, footwear, and accessories for men and kids. The new location is located at 203 E. Maple Road and officially opens on November 15.

Timberland is the latest brand to join the vibrant retail scene in Downtown Detroit! Opening its first standalone store in metro Detroit, Timberland will welcome customers at 1217 Woodward Avenue inside the historic Traver Building. Mario Camaj is set to unveil Ora Detroit, his luxury dining and nightlife destination in the heart of downtown Detroit’s Financial District. Located at 205 W. Congress Street—on the corner of Congress and Shelby—this multi-level, 10,000-square-foot concept will occupy the historic Bankers Trust Building. Street Beet, the vegan-based sandwich shop originally located in Detroit, is growing across Michigan and will be opening a brand-new location in downtown Birmingham. The sandwich shop will be based inside a grocery store at 233 N. Old Woodward Avenue and will offer a walk-up window for carryout orders. Street Beet is also planning their expansion in Rochester and Ann Arbor.
