Brad specializes in envisioning new concepts, restaurants, fashion and freestanding users for leasing, development and acquiring/planning secondary use of properties and leasing large power centers for national landlords. Brad began his career in real estate by establishing the fundamentals of finance and accounting at Wayne and Michigan State University and eventually acting as a full-time accountant for 6 years. In 1985, Brad made a move to real estate, beginning at Gordon Realty; progressing to top salesperson with Lakritz-Weber; and finally joining Landmark Commercial Real Estate as partner in 1998. In 2010, Brad connected with some of the top real estate professionals in the business and became a co-founder and principal with Mid-America Real Estate-Michigan, Inc. Brad has been actively promoting the success of this business and clientele by utilizing his impressive real estate, development, and investment network to ensure that each deal comes to a successful close.

Street Beet, the vegan-based sandwich shop originally located in Detroit, is growing across Michigan and will be opening a brand-new location in downtown Birmingham. The sandwich shop will be based inside a grocery store at 233 N. Old Woodward Avenue and will offer a walk-up window for carryout orders. Street Beet is also planning their expansion in Rochester and Ann Arbor.
