Ms. Goldberg serves as an Executive Vice President at MSC, where she has been integral in leading the firm's urban high-street and suburban lifestyle retail practice for over a decade. With a particular focus on first-to-market brands, Brittany has completed countless high-profile and flagship transactions with the most sought-after names in fashion, health/wellness, and dining/entertainment, playing an instrumental role in shaping the retail landscape of Philadelphia and the surrounding region. She has completed over 40 deals on Walnut Street in Rittenhouse Square and currently handles the leasing of over 2.5 million square feet of retail space throughout the Mid-Atlantic, leasing some of the most prestigious lifestyle centers in the country, including Suburban Square, The Promenade at Sagemore, and Palmer Square. Brittany represents an impressive list of best-in-class brands including, Alo Yoga, Aritzia, Barry's Bootcamp, Van Leeuwen, Nike, Levain, Core Power Yoga, Bloomingdales, and Court 16 In 2025, The Philadelphia Business Journal awarded her "40 under 40", and in 2021, she won "The Best Retail Real Estate Deal" for her transformative leasing of Suburban Square. Ms. Goldberg is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Jewish Federation Real Estate (JFRE), and Young Friends of Philly Fights Cancer. She attended Colgate University and currently resides in Bryn Mawr with her husband and two daughters.
