Daniel J. Cohen is a Co-Founder, President, and a Principal of Mid-America Real Estate - Wisconsin, L.L.C., responsible for client services and business development for the Retailer Advisory Group. As President of the Wisconsin office, he also oversees and coordinates Mid-America’s core mission of real estate expertise and experience in leasing, sales, site selection, occupier services, investment sales, facility management, property management, market trends, and capital market strategies. Prior to founding Mid-America Real Estate - Wisconsin, L.L.C. 23 years ago, Dan worked for MLG Commercial, Inc. of Brookfield, Wisconsin, and was awarded the 1999 MLG Commercial “Sales Associate of the Year.” Since 2005, Mr. Cohen has received multiple “Retail Deal of the Year” awards from both the Commercial Association of Realtors-Wisconsin (CARW) as well as the Milwaukee Business Journal. He began his professional career in Chicago, Illinois working in real estate management and consulting for various companies including Draper & Kramer, Walsh Higgins & Company and EY/Kenneth Leventhal. Dan and the Retailer Advisory Team have the pleasure of representing over 100 local, regional, and national retailers, grocers, general merchandise companies and restaurants in the state of Wisconsin and beyond.
