When Cartier chose a home for their fourth store on the Las Vegas Strip, they picked Fontainebleau Las Vegas

Continuing with the opening of gorgeous doors at Fontainebleau, take a look at the newest Cartier store in Las Vegas!

This one took a bit of effort, but POP MART will be opening soon at Miracle Mile Shops!

We have opened, or about to open 10 new doors in the last 12 months, with another 5 on the way!

DWR joins our burgeoning home design district, joining Restoration Hardware, Mario Capasa, 7th Avenue, and Saatva

The landlord has reimagined the facade of the freestanding 10,000 SF building DWR is taking. Looking forward to their September '25 opening

Luxxe Collective just fully opened at Tivoli Village. A 20,000 SF luxury salon experience spread over two floors.

Luxxe is part of the rebirth of Tivoli

In addition to Luxxe, 6 new retail tenants have opened int he last 8 months at Tivoli Village, totaling 35k+ SF

We have another 15k SF of retail tenants under construction as well, opening in September '25.
