In November of 2018, Jeremy founded RUE which is a highly progressive real estate company with a decided and absolute commitment to community and collaboration. With client-experience standing as RUE’s top priority, the company binds a data-driven approach with a highly deliberate focus on culture within the work environment. RUE invests in youth and therefore the future. The company’s belief is that this incubates innovative thought, creativity, and entrepreneurialism. RUE has successfully aggregated a team with a rich history and resume as it relates to creating and implementing national real estate strategy. Over the past 17 years of his career, Jeremy has emerged as a nationally recognized leader in the commercial real estate industry. He has created a strong national reputation as being highly collaborative and truly embracing the team-minded approach. He leads by example. Jeremy maintains strategic consulting relationships with some of the nation’s top retailers. In recent years, he has been integral to the expansion plans of a diverse set of retailers such as Equinox, SoulCycle, sweetgreen, Mendocino Farms, allbirds, Rye 51, Blink, Drive Shack, Madison Reed and MOD Pizza. Zidell has been privileged to work with almost every major landlord in the country such as Simon, Westfield, Asana Partners, Jamestown, Edens, Acadia, Macerich, Vornado and Brookfield. His work includes the lease up of several large scale mixed-use projects as well as significant experience in curating boutique but highly potent retail projects such as on South Congress (Austin), Knox St. (Dallas) and The Heights (Houston). Prior to his real estate career, Jeremy graduated from the University of Texas in 2003 with degrees in business and psychology.

When it comes to cultivating curated neighborhoods, South Congress in Austin is a story we’re proud to be part of. Over the years, we’ve helped bring iconic and bespoke brands to this destination, creating a dynamic mix that keeps it one of the most sought-after streets in the country.

We could not have accomplished this without the help of so many incredible master brokers, local brokers, landlord and tenant partners – whose collective efforts made this all possible.
