Just landed in NYC for ICSC after a whirlwind trip to Rome! If you haven’t seen the Zara Men’s store there, put it on your list. The transformation of that old banking hall is absolutely stunning. I love when retailers really lean into the original bones of historic buildings, just like the REI in SoHo. I can’t wait to meet that team in person tomorrow and dive into all of it for a project we'll be working on in California. NYC ICSC is always such an exciting way to wrap up the year!
