Margaret has been involved exclusively in Retail Brokerage for over 30 years. She started her career with Edens and worked in the southeast marketing shopping centers. Eventually gravitating to primarily Tenant representation in Charleston SC as a she established her own firm. After 16 years with Carolina Retail Property, LLC she joined a King Street owner/ developer, PrimeSouth Group in 2018. Margaret has narrowed her focus to Tenant / Landlord representation in King Street area. She has the privilege to work with National Exclusive Brokers for major Retailers looking to expand in Charleston SC. In this capacity she used her market knowledge and relationships to assist retailers finding the right location. Confidentiality is essential in this role. Primarily King Street Retail.

King Street is continuing to be on fire in 2025! 97% leased and spaces are leased quickly when available.

The last six months the street has added over 16 new tenants coming ! Most of these spaces had multiple LOI in line as soon as they were available.
