Peter Moersch is a highly regarded expert in leasing, tenant representation, and management, bringing a comprehensive set of retail real estate skills to Main + Main Inc.
Before joining Main + Main, Peter served as Senior Vice President of Leasing for Pacific Retail Capital Partners, where he successfully oversaw the repositioning of nearly 30 million square feet of regional shopping centers. Prior to that, as Vice President of Leasing for the Irvine Company, he managed a team of senior Leasing Directors across a 39-center neighborhood and community portfolio, driving consistent growth in sales, occupancy, and rent across 9 million square feet of retail space.
With 18 years of experience at CBRE, Peter has developed a robust background in retail project development, acquisition, planning, governmental approvals, and marketing. He has collaborated with notable clients and retailers including SyWest Development, Lyon Living Target and Century Theaters.
