Last week we welcomed Los Angeles-based sustainable fashion brand Reformation to The Boulevard, marking its second Georgia location. Special to this store is Reformation’s “Retail X,” the brand’s tech-driven retail experience that brings the best of online shopping to its physical stores through digital touchscreens, enabling customers to select items to try on without having to physically carry them while shopping. We recently celebrated modern fine fragrance concept Olfactory NYC’s grand opening. Founded in New York City, Olfactory NYC is an original concept where customers can create their own personalized fragrances through a fun, accessible experience. The 1,200-square-foot space across from Allbirds marks the brand’s first Atlanta location.

Wayfair, the destination for all things home, will be joining our tenant mix in early 2027. Marking its first Northeast location, the approximately 114,000-square-foot store will offer 19 departments featuring furniture, décor, outdoor living, home improvement, and more, catering to one of the country's most dynamic markets. We’re looking forward to the opening and generating even more energy at the heart of our bustling property. Check out the news here:
Introducing Market East, a newly redesigned wing inside our Central Food Hall. Inspired by the spirit of small pedestrian streets and vibrant food markets across Asia, Market East’s expansion celebrates a bold variety of flavors and culinary traditions rooted in authentic Asian street food culture.
From the husband-wife team behind popular Vietnamese pho and bánh mì restaurant Vietvana comes three new concepts: Boom Boom Bao, a Vietnamese bao and dim sum experience; Lime Tiger, a Southeast Asian street food bento box offering; and Uwu Asian Dessert Co., a Japanese-inspired sweet treats and milk teas establishment.
Together with Vietvana and Umbrella bar, these five concepts complete Market East and offer our guests the opportunity to explore more of Asia’s incredibly diverse culture and cuisine.
Last October we celebrated our 10-year anniversary and have been shaking up our retail mix since then. Recent openings include Brilliant Earth, Faherty, Tory Burch, Rivian, and a first-to-market location for British fragrance house Jo Malone London. More businesses soon-to-debut include women’s sustainable clothing brand Reformation and the first Georgia store for distinguished leather goods company Fount. It’s sure to be a busy summer ahead!

We’re pleased to welcome Genevan luxury watch manufacturer Patek Philippe to our community. Through a collaboration with family-owned fine jewelry retailer and Buckhead Village tenant Brown & Company Jewelers, the opening of the brand’s 1,500-square-foot boutique marks its first Georgia location.
