Steve Edwards is a 40 year veteran of the commercial real estate industry and has been consistently recognized as a top producer in Northern California. His portfolio includes over 200 big and mid-sized box deals representing tenants including Walmart, Ross Stores, Dicks Sporting Goods, Sam’s Club, Trader Joe’s, Top Golf and others. In addition to tenant representation, he and his team have been responsible for leasing well over 4,000,000 square feet on behalf of local, regional and national landlords and developers. Steve has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers for over 30 years and continues to bring exceptional services to his clients with specific expertise in tenant roll out strategies, site selection, entitlements, site planning and merchandising plans. He previously served 15 years as a member of the Sacramento Country Day School’s Board of Trustees, and has been a member of the Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business Real Estate Advisory Board since 2018.
