Hillstone

Hillstone Restaurant Group is a premier hospitality tenant delivering high-volume, upscale-casual dining experiences that serve as elite traffic generators for luxury lifestyle centers and high-street retail corridors. As a sophisticated Anchor Tenant with a reputation for meticulous operations and design, the brand is a highly coveted addition for developers focused on long-term Leasing stability and prestige. Their Site Selection strategy prioritizes prime "A" locations in affluent urban and suburban markets, typically requiring a mall inline or lifestyle center end-cap footprint of approximately 6,500 square feet. The brand’s demographic profile targets high-net-worth individuals and business professionals, making them an ideal co-tenant for luxury retailers like Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Apple. By maintaining a limited, disciplined expansion pace, Hillstone provides Tenant Rep brokers with a high-value opportunity to anchor premium developments with a restaurant that consistently outperforms industry averages in sales per square foot.
