About Keke's Breakfast Cafe
Premier "A.M. Eatery" & Daytime Dining Anchor Keke’s Breakfast Cafe is a rapidly expanding daytime dining concept specializing in scratch-made breakfast and lunch. Acquired by Denny’s Corporation in 2022, the brand is executing an aggressive national expansion strategy, positioning itself as a leader in the lucrative "AM Eatery" segment. Keke's offers landlords a "lifestyle-friendly" tenant with operating hours limited to 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM, eliminating late-night noise or parking conflicts. They target high-visibility end-caps and free-standing sites in affluent suburban markets, requiring spaces that support a bright, modern aesthetic and patio dining. With a focus on high-quality ingredients (fresh-cracked eggs, real butter) and large portions, Keke's serves as a powerful morning traffic generator for grocery-anchored centers and lifestyle developments.
