Van's Golf Shops

Van’s Golf Shops provides a premium, tech-driven retail experience as a dominant anchor tenant and specialty regional leader in the golf equipment and apparel sector. As a primary subsidiary of Worldwide Golf Shops, the brand serves as a high-traffic destination for affluent demographics, making it an ideal candidate for lifestyle center end-caps and high-visibility retail corridors. Their site selection strategy typically targets footprints between 10,000 and 15,000 square feet, requiring sufficient ceiling heights to accommodate indoor hitting bays, golf simulators, and custom club-fitting performance centers. These experiential retail elements drive extended dwell times and frequent repeat visits, creating significant synergy with co-tenants such as upscale fitness centers, specialty grocers like Trader Joe’s, and premium sporting goods retailers. By integrating professional-grade services like full-service club repair and personalized fitting technology into a traditional leasing model, Van’s Golf Shops offers landlords a stable, service-oriented tenant that is effectively insulated against e-commerce displacement.
