HW Home, a design-driven furniture and décor retailer that has operated its flagship in Cherry Creek North for more than 20 years, is relocating to a 10,000-square-foot showroom at 9+CO, an urban infill mixed-use project on Colorado Boulevard. The new space will be roughly 50% larger and is planned to open in late spring 2026, providing greater visibility and parking in a dense residential catchment
