Little Man Ice Cream Co. to open at Cherry Creek North, Denver

Little Man Ice Cream Co., a well-known ice cream brand from Denver with 11 locations across the metro area, plans to open a 690-s.f. shop at 2810 E. 3rd Ave. in Cherry Creek North later this year. This new ice cream shop will join two other businesses at the former Crepes 'n Crepes location, as part of a small development called Town Pump Provisions. The other businesses include Town Pump Eats, a 720-s.f. health-focused restaurant, and Town Pump Bodega, a 600-s.f. convenience store. The building is being renovated with a $1.5M investment, and when finished, it will feature a redesigned seating area with plants, umbrellas and vintage gas pumps.
