Barnes & Noble plans return to Downtown Naperville

Barnes & Noble is making its return to downtown Naperville, more than a year after its previous location closed. The new 12,600-square-foot store, set to open at 9 W. Jackson Ave., will occupy the former Williams Sonoma space in a two-story layout but will not include a café.
While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, Barnes & Noble anticipates a launch by April 2025. With its long-standing presence in the community, the bookstore’s return is expected to once again serve as a hub for local readers.
