Chicago's Fulton Market to open fourth restaurant from Top Chef celebrity, Joe Flamm

By late 2025, Chicago's Fulton Market district will get a new 5,118-s.f. restaurant at 1114 W. Carroll Ave., the fourth in the area from Joe Flamm, former Top Chef winner, and Day Off Hospitality Group. The still-unnamed restaurant will occupy the ground floor space of Flora Tower, a 34-story luxury building that was completed in late 2024. Flamm's other restaurant ventures in Fulton Market include the Croatian-themed Rose Mary, BLVD Steakhouse, and the recently opened il Carciofo, a 7,000-s.f. spot at 1045 W. Fulton St. that offers Roman-style pizzas and hand-rolled pastas.
