Flatiron District Mixed-Use Asset Sells for $31 Million
A boutique office and retail property at 893 Broadway in Manhattan’s Flatiron District has sold for $31 million.
The 25,442-square-foot, five-story building sits at the corner of Broadway and East 19th Street, near Union Square and Madison Square Park. The asset was marketed as a fully leased, recently renovated property with long-term upside potential in one of New York City's most sought-after retail and office submarkets.
The transaction is another indication of continued investor demand for well-located mixed-use assets in prime Manhattan corridors, particularly properties with stable tenancy and strong street-level retail fundamentals.
